Spring Day Retreat

29th of October, 2022 | 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Cedar Fern Retreat Centre, 125 Scroggies Rd, Thirlmere /Lakesland NSW 2572, Australia

A day to delight in yoga, sound healing, meditative bush walks, weaving, earth mandala making, nourishing home-cooked meals, community, soak up earths songbook, smells, and colours of Spring

As we turn the seasonal wheel in the direction of the East. Spring, childish wonder and new beginnings, wash upon the shores. We lean into the elemental medicine of the breath, this retreat will be like taking in a deep, juicy belly breath.. Haaahh! Together we receive this breath and allow ourselves to embody the season and emerge into deep trust for all that is yet to come.

Some of the magic to look forward to..

❁ Long morning yoga practice

❁ Community connection circle

❁ Flower mandala making

❁ Weaving

❁ Sound healing

❁ Delicious home-cooked meals

❁ Meditative Bush Walk

❁ Fire

“Spring is a youthful season coming forth in a rush of life and promise, hope and possibility. At the heart of spring, there is a great inner longing when desire and memory stir toward each other. Consequently, springtime in your soul is a wonderful time to undertake some new adventures, some new project, or to make some important changes in your life; there the rhythm, the energy, and the hidden light of your own clay work with you. You are in the flow of your own growth and potential.”

Set in the peaceful farm lands of Thirlmere, just 50 minutes from Wollongong.

All mother nature elements of water, air, fire, earth are present and extremely powerful here. The landscape calls us back to a mindful mode of stillness, solitude, and silence, where we can truly receive time and allow life to unfold through us.

Free time can be spent exploring the surroundings, walk through the bush, sit by the creek, read under the eucalyptus trees..

There is really something magical about this place.
